Lomography and Holgagraphy are both terms taken from types of cameras from the 1980's: The Holga cameras and the Lomo cameras. These were cheap cameras, ideal for "snapshots".

Leon Ritchie strives to harmonize water, clouds and light into his photographs. An idea may come about from seeing a reflection in a shiny table top or just seeing an object in water and how it moves round it. The vast majority of his images are spontaneous once he gets a feeling for a shot he just goes with it. A typical day out means carrying a backpack with a DSLR camera and lenses, tripod and filters letting him capture the perfect moment everywhere he goes. Incredible Photographic Evidence That Toy Soldiers Are Alive!

I'm a big Toy Story fan, one of my favourite scenes of the original (1995) being when the toy soldiers go on a mission to spy on the humans at Christmas. I rewatched the film recently, and thoroughly enjoyed it once again. Yesterday, I stumbled upon a great photo featuring some toy soldiers by John O'Nolan, and immediately it clicked that I should make a showcase of toy soldier photographs!
